Conducted UX Research to map pain points and potential improvements in app experience around content consumption, payments and onboarding. Exercise conducted through 500+ user interviews across India.
Identified specific action points to differentiate UX clearly between parents (customers) and kids (users)
Design changes implemented to improve the experience and interface led to -
○ 16% increase in average daily time spent on a baseline of 16 mins by implementing changes highlighting the best performing content and
recommendations for various personas on the home screen.
○ 12% more content being discovered and consumed on a daily basis by
improving discoverability by focusing on creating elements that were more
suitable for kids to engage with.
○ 21% improvement in signups from installs through simplification of the
onboarding process.
○ 12% uplift in conversions from free trials to paid subscriptions by
implementing UPI Intent flows.
○ Worked directly with the founders and Engg head on the product roadmap
to ideate and implement sprints.
